Welcome to MLB Crew. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Because our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), each item is custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed.

1. Shipping Transit Time & Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped based on the timelines below. Please note that shipping times depend on the specific product category:

A. Dog Jerseys

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3 – 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time (US): 7 – 12 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time (Worldwide): 7 – 15 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 10 – 17 Business Days.

B. Car Seat Covers

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time)
  • Handling Time (Production): 3 – 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit Time (Worldwide): 5 – 18 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Estimated Total Delivery: 8 – 23 Business Days.

Note: A small percentage of orders may experience delays due to factors beyond our control (weather, postal strikes, or peak seasons). In these cases, shipping time may extend to 20–25 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Orders under $100: Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and weight of the package.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Locations

  • We ship to the United States and most international locations.
  • As an online store, we do not offer local pickup or physical showroom services.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) for certain heavy items. If there is an issue with your address, our support team will contact you.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact us at [email protected].
  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details during checkout.

Our operations, including production and shipping, follow the schedule below:

  • Working Days: Monday – Friday.
  • Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and US Public Holidays.
