Return and Refund Policy

At MLB Crew, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are Print-on-Demand (POD)—custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed—we have established a clear policy to handle returns, replacements, and refunds fairly.

1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

We offer a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the issue is caused by our error. This includes:

  • Incorrect Size: The size you received does not match the size you ordered (please refer to our Size Guideline before purchasing).
  • Wrong Design or Print: The design, color, or print on the goods differs significantly from what was shown on our website.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: The product arrives with physical defects such as tearing, peeling, or breaking.

2. The Resolution Process

If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and attach Clear Photos of the item showing the specific issue (e.g., the damage or the incorrect size label).
  3. Verification: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
  4. Action: Once verified, we will either:
    • Send a Free Replacement (Production takes 3–5 business days; Shipping follows our standard 7–12 business day timeline).
    • Issue a Full Refund to your original payment method.

Note: You do not need to place a new order for an authorized replacement, and there are no additional costs to you.

3. Return Shipping

  • For Errors on Our Part: In most cases, you do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
  • Standard Returns: If you wish to return an item for other reasons, please contact us first for authorization and the correct return address.
  • Important Warning: Please DO NOT send returns to our administrative address at 32 Chestnut St, Rockville Centre, NY 11570, United States without prior email authorization. Packages sent there without a return authorization number may be rejected.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, we process it within 1–5 business days.
  • Posting Time: Your bank or payment provider (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) typically takes an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.

5. Order Cancellations

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

  • To cancel, please email [email protected] immediately.
  • After 12 hours, your order enters the production phase, and we can no longer stop the process or issue a cancellation refund.

6. Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand model, we do not offer standard exchanges (e.g., changing your mind on a color or size after the item has been produced). However, if we sent the wrong item or size, we will handle it via our Replacement Process described in Section 2.
