Customers acknowledge and agree that stated delivery times are estimates. We handle production and transit as two distinct phases.

Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM CST (GMT-06:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Destination: We support shipping to a single destination per order.
PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes within the US primarily via USPS.
APO/FPO: Deliveries to military addresses are not guaranteed, as not all carriers support these locations. Please contact [email protected] for more information.
6. Taxes, Duties & VAT
International Orders: All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Non-Refundable: Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.
After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer available, as the order will already be in production or processing.

2. Returning Goods
We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check your order details and size selections before submitting your purchase through [email protected]. MLB Crew maintains a limited Return Policy. We only accept returns for products that are defective or incorrect due to our error.
A. Pet Baseball Jerseys (Sizes XS–XXL)
We accept returns for jerseys only in the following cases:
Incorrect Size: You received a size different from the one selected in your order (e.g., received a Medium instead of an XS).
Defective Fabric: Significant tearing or defects in the mesh fabric upon arrival.
Velcro/Closure Issues: The velcro closure is missing or non-functional.
Printing Errors: The colors or the sporty design differ significantly from the approved product page.
B. Premium Car Seat Covers (Set of 2)
We accept returns for seat covers only in the following cases:
Material Defects: Peeling, tearing, or structural issues with the Polyester microfiber or PU leather material.
Manufacturing Issues: Defective 3mm foam lining or incorrect stitching.
Missing Items: Receiving a single cover instead of the full 2-piece set.
Incorrect Design: Sublimation print that does not match the order specifications.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason, as items are manufactured to order.
3. Returning Goods Process
If your order has an issue caused by us, please email us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. In the “Request a Return” email, please include:
Your Order Number.
Clear Photos or Videos showing the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect size tag).
Once verified, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Processing a replacement takes 1–4 business days, and shipping follows our standard transit times.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.
Requests made on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer general exchanges for different sizes or colors once production has started. If the issue is our responsibility, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Customers do not need to place a new order for an authorized replacement.
